Our Story

ServiceDesk was born from a simple observation: existing service desk tools were either too complex and expensive for small teams, or too basic for growing organizations. There was nothing in between.

We set out to build a platform that combines the power of enterprise ITSM with the simplicity of modern SaaS. AI-powered ticket intelligence, ITIL-aligned workflows, and a multi-tenant architecture that scales from a 3-person team to a global organization.
